The Customer's Objective: SSE seeks a provider of a fully managed Wide Area Network and Local Area Network service for business data communications to and from wind farms within Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The system envisaged will provide private, multipoint, resilient WAN for IP traffic including general managed LAN, Wireless Network, VoIP and Business Critical Data Stream. Solutions must meet specific site requirements — with diverse path capability for sites and must demonstrate a proactive Network Operations Centre (NOC) support.
