The National Transport Authority requires a Graphic Designer to work on a variety of public transport related projects. The successful tenderer’s main duties shall include:

— working within the Authority’s Customer Experience section on-site in NTA’s offices for a minimum of three working days per week. The successful tenderer may work off-site for the other 2 working days,

— designing print material including, but not limited to brochures, leaflets, infographics, advertisements, maps and posters in line with brand guidelines where applicable,

— designing digital material,

— editing a wide range of existing print and online material,

— advising the Authority on how to brief appropriately to achieve the best graphic design outcomes in terms of time, cost and quality,

— saving artwork files on the Authority’s central server,

— assisting the Authority to commission larger pieces of design work from third party suppliers.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The National Transport Authority requires a Graphic Designer to work on a variety of public transport related projects. The successful tenderer’s main duties shall include:

— assisting the Authority to commission larger pieces of design work from third party suppliers in a structured, cost effective manner.

The expected initial term of the contract will be 2 years, with the option to extend on an annual basis thereafter up to a maximum total 4 year contract.
