NUI Galway is seeking an integrated Room Booking and Class Timetabling System to replace a number of legacy systems. This competition is to establish a Single Party Framework with a duration of 10 years. The initial contract will include Room Booking only, and will be awarded for a period of 4 years with the option to issue supplementary contracts for 3 additional periods of 2 years each, i.e. a total duration of 10 years. Should additional funding become available NUI Galway may at its discretion, contract for the Class Timetabling element. This is the first stage of the Restricted competition whereby any interested party may submit an application in response to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire in order to be considered for inclusion on the tender list.
